How we work
We follow a structured approach to create fast results, without sacrificing long-term sustainability.
Phase 1 — Reset & Reduce Cravings
We often start with a short reset phase (15 days) to calm the body and reduce cravings.
This creates a clean foundation to build from physically and mentally.
Optional with supplementation to support the detox
Phase 2 — Build Strength & Structure
We introduce a clear training and nutrition structure, focused on building a strong, healthy and resilient body for the long term.
This phase combines:
- strength training to build and maintain muscle mass
- cardiovascular training to improve heart health and endurance
- nutrition structure to support recovery, energy and body composition
- lifestyle habits that improve overall health and longevity
The goal is not only to lose fat, but to create a body that feels strong, energetic, healthy and capable for years to come.
Phase 3 — Lifestyle Integration
We address the bigger picture: sleep, stress, recovery and daily habits. Because without this, long-term results simply don’t stick.
Phase 4 — Personalize & Perform
Once the foundation is built, we shift the focus towards your personal goals and performance.
Whether that means: training for an event, improving athletic performance, building your strongest physique, increasing energy and resilience or simply feeling stronger and more confident in daily life
