My Story

Hello! I'm Sarah.

Before I guide others on their health journey, I believe it's important to share my own.

Sport and food have always played a big role in my life. Back then, that mainly meant indulgent, bourguignon-style dining, preferably paired with a lot of great wines (Yes, a lot;) and yes every weekend Haha).

I’m still deeply engaged with nutrition, but my relationship with food has shifted.

Today, food needs to nourish me. And those wines? They’ve become more of a rare occasion.

That’s something I could never have imagined before mid-2022. At the time, I genuinely believed life would be less enjoyable without my weekly glasses of wine at dinners, parties and social gatherings.

I see things very differently now.

My body is my temple, and I no longer put just anything into it. I know how incredible it feels to be truly fit  and I also know the impact those late dinners and parties had on my energy, recovery and mental clarity. That’s simply not how I want to feel anymore.

So what do I want?

To feel energetic, strong and healthy every single day. It has become my passion to understand how to achieve that: the right balance between nutrition, movement and recovery, while living a life that truly fits me: calm, connected, with family, freedom, and as much time in nature as possible.

I turned that passion into my work. I guide people who are just as ambitious as I am in building an exceptional life where health is the foundation. Where you’re starting from doesn’t matter.

Whether you already train regularly and eat well but feel there’s more in you, or you’ve been less active for a while but know you thrive on a clear, ambitious plan. In both cases, I’d love to work with you.

I offer two 1-on-1 coaching journeys: 5 or 12 months.

Trajectories where we go all in together to unlock your full potential, physically and mentally. You can think of me as your personal assistant for healthI think ahead, adjust where needed, and take decisions off your plate so you can focus on what truly matters to you. Ultimately, you’ll be the one doing the hard work, but wherever possible, I lighten the load. And that hard work? It’s going to be deeply rewarding.

Personally, I find a lot of drive in hybrid fitness races like Hyrox and running races. Not because I have to, but because they keep me sharp and continuously challenge me to get the most out of my training. For those who are motivated by stepping outside their comfort zone, we can optionally work towards a fitness or running race as the crown on your journey.

Does this resonate with you? Let’s connect during a (online) call.

I look forward to meeting you.
